050: CHICKEN JOCKEY (i hate myself)

The movie theaters have been ravaged by a bunch of 13 year olds so I didn't bother seeing the new big meme movie hit "A Minecraft Movie". But much like the begining of last year, there seems to be a ton of big TV projects out right now when there hasn't been much of anything good going on in the theater aside from the ocassional gem. I attempted to check out Severance and the new season of White Lotus just wraped up. But I still keep myself doing triple features of 90 minute movies to see what's out there. So I checked out the new Blumhouse "The Women in the Yard", Alex Garland's quick follow-up to last year's Civil War, "Warfare", Christopher Landon's new Hitchcock-esc thriller "DROP", and of course, I COULD NOT RESIST seeing the next public domain slasher "Popeye the Slayer Man"!
